Tracy Kirkpatrick, Pharm.D.
President and Prescription Department Manager

Tracy graduated from the prestigious College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Pre-Med in 1999, then obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy’s Boston Campus in 2004. Tracy is licensed in 23 states and has extensive experience, including hospital, community pharmacies, mail order and compounding (sterile and non-sterile). Tracy and her husband, Howard, moved from Massachusetts to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in 2011 and started Kustom Wellness Pharmacy in the summer of 2017. Tracy is also a licensed Consultant Pharmacist and loves helping her patients and working with physicians and clinics to formulate specific medications to meet the needs of their patients. Tracy is an animal lover with two rescue dogs, Leo and Nini.
